煤粉锅炉燃烧调整减轻结渣试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 结渣影响锅炉运行,如煤种不变,通过燃烧优化保证安全运行是值得研究的课题。通过对煤粉锅炉的试验研究其运行方式与结渣的关联性。结果表明,不影响锅炉负荷及效率,仅改变配风方式对炉膛温度影响不大;不影响锅炉负荷,牺牲效率,全开一次风压力冷风效果最好,其次是开启炉膛人孔门;再次是提高运行氧量,降低负荷可明显减轻结渣,负荷下降20%左右对炉膛温度影响不大,而下降35%以上则会明显降低炉膛温度,减轻结渣。 Slagging on the heating surface will influence the running of boiler,when coals can't be choiced,it is necessarily to study about the safety of boiler by combustion adjustment.This paper introduces the relations between slagging level to running style.The results reveal that using air distribution can't reduce slagging on the condition of un-reducing the load and efficiency;using full opening the door of cool pressuring primary air will be the best method,and opening the hole of man passage will be the second method,but it will reduce the efficiency of boiler;cutting down the power of boiler over 35 percent can quickly reduce slagging.
