摘要
采用化学交联法制备纳米氧化锌(ZnO)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)/细菌纤维素(BC)复合水凝胶,通过力学性能测试、溶胀率测试以及热重(TG)分析等研究BC加入量对复合水凝胶拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及吸水率的影响;探讨复合水凝胶对大肠杆菌抑制效率与纳米ZnO的加入量的关系。
When preparing nano zinc oxide (ZnO)/polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/bacterial cellulose (BC) composite hydrogel by chemical cross-linking method, the BC addition influencing on the tensile strength, elongation rate and absorption rate was studied by means of mechanical properties test, swelling rate test and thermo gravimetric analysis. The relationship between the inhibition efficiency on Escherichia coli and the amount of the nano ZnO of the composite hydrogel were also discussed.
