摘要
以稻麦联合收割机脱粒装置为例,将模块化设计的思想运用其中,采用功能分析的方法对脱粒装置进行了模块的划分。并结合参数化建模技术,运用Solidworks的二次开发技术对其变参,从而提高了设计效率,达到缩短开发周期,减少生产成本的目的。
Based on the threshing device of combine harvest for rice and wheat, the idea of modular design was adopted by function analysis of threshing device on the module division. Combined with parametric modeling tech- niques and used the secondary development technology of Solidworks for variable parameters, the aims were a- chieved for improvement of design efficiency, decrease of development cycle, and reduction of production cost.
