阶梯轴圆角超高频感应淬火的设备研制

摘要 超高频感应淬火方法是利用超高频感应电源和改进的感应线圈结合,通过对感应线圈的输入电源的设计,改变传统感应器的制作方法,对阶梯轴圆角部位进行高频感应热处理。不仅使圆角部位的受热均匀,保证圆角部位的硬度达到工艺要求且均匀,减小阶梯轴的废品率,降低了生产成本。 The method of ultrahigh frequency induction hardening is the use of ultrahigh frequency induction power supply in combination with the modified induction coil, through the design of input of induction coil power supply, changing the traditional method of making the sensor, to achieve ultrahigh frequency heat treatment for the rounded part of ladder shaft induction. Making high frequency heat treatment for the rounded part of ladder shaft evenly, as well as ensure the rounded part of the hardness of process requirement and uniform, decreasing the waste product rate of ladder shaft, reducing the production cost.
