窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及安全性。方法选择寻常型银屑病患者120例,采用NB-UVB照射治疗,2次/周,共20次,在光疗前、光疗10次及光疗20次分别给予银屑病的面积和严重指数(PASI)评分,计算有效率,记录不良反应的发生情况。结果经10次治疗后有效率为52.5%,经20次治疗后有效率为90.0%,有效率差异有统计学意义(<0.05);治疗前与治疗10次、治疗10次与治疗20次后PASI评分差异均有统计学意义(均<0.05);治疗中普遍出现皮肤色素增加,其他不良反应少而轻微。结论窄谱UVB治疗寻常型银屑病疗效显著,不良反应少,患者耐受性和依从性好,可以作为该病的常规治疗方法。
