摘要
针对用电客户端电压互感器一次保险熔断时可能造成的电能计量装置故障、电能表漏计电量的问题,探讨了电压互感器一次缺相时,如何在不停电的条件下,通过调整电能表的二次接线使电能表能够相对准确地计量有功电能的几种情况。并指出:该方法是在系统相对平衡的条件下采用的一种电能表临时接线方式,当用电客户有条件停电时,应尽快查找保险熔断的原因并进行更换,及时恢复电能表的正常接线方式。
In light with the malfunction of the energy meter which occurs when the fuse of the primary side of the voltage transformer at the customer's side is broken, this paper focuses on how to measure electricity correctly with power supply uninterrupted when one phase fails in the voltage transformer. The method proposed in this paper is adjusting the secondary wiring of the energy meter, but it is a temporary method under the condition that the system is relatively in balance. Customers are well advised to find out the cause of fusing and replace the fuse as soon as it is possible to cut off the power supply and return to the normal connection mode in time.
