Maintenance Application Management of Integrated Dispatching Control Based on OMS

介绍了如何应用调度运行管理系统进行日常的工作流程管理,统一省、地、县检修申请流程。实现了在统一平台框架内的上下级调度以及同级调度和部门间的检修申请审批流转。实现了调度人员面向过程的检修申请业务管理机制和省地一体化的协同工作机制。

This paper uses the operation management system （OMS） to manage the everyday working processes and unify the maintenance application processes at the province-level, city -level and county-level. On the unified platform and by the management mechanism as proposed in the paper, the procedure-oriented maintenance application can be circulated efficiently between the upper and lower dispatching units and between departments to improve the maintenance management and realize the integrated management of the province-level and city-level work units.
