从产品设计结构方面对BS80A钢轨10号单开道岔的特点进行了详细论述,提出了产品制造加工工艺和厂内试铺验证的方法,解决生产试制和试铺中遇到的难点问题,达到了完善产品零部件设计、优化产品生产加工工艺的效果,提升了产品制造质量水平。
From the aspects of product design and structure characteristics of BS80A rail No. 10 single turnout was discussed in detail,put forward the method of product manufacturing process and the laying validation,solve the difficult problem of production and laying,to improve product design,optimize the production process technology effect,improve the quality of the level of product manufacturing.
