摘要
主要介绍了新疆大阪隧洞工程TBM施工中,某洞段卡机处理中采用化学灌浆方法成功脱困情况及化灌材料性能特点和工艺技术特点,阐述了在脱困处理中其与传统的水泥及水玻璃灌浆工艺技术和材料相比,具有更加符合TBM施工要求的优势,材料性能更加优异,适用性强。
The paper mainly introduces the adoption of the chemical grouting method can succeed in getting out of trouble of the treatment of the jamming at some geological sections in the TBM construction of Daban Tunnel in Xinjiang,and the performance and features of the chemical grouting materials and craft technique,and illustrates the chemical grouting materials can adhere to the demands of TBM construction with more excellent material performance and higher adaptability,compared with traditional cement,the sodium silicate grouting craft and materials in the treatment of getting out of trouble.
