摘要
从影响建筑工程质量的因素入手,分析了建筑工程施工阶段存在的一些问题,探讨了搞好施工阶段质量控制和管理的对策,以强化施工管理效力,创建精品工程。
From the factors which affect the quality of architectural projects,the paper analyzes some problems at the construction phase of the architectural projects,and explores the strategies for the quality control and management at the construction phases,so as to strengthen the management efficiency of the construction and create the classic projects.
