摘要
采用风险分析的方法,对招标投标过程中的廉政风险点进行分析、评价,提出了风险防控措施,建立了惩防体系框架图,为今后招投标廉政风险分析及其惩防体系的建立提供了理论依据。
The paper analyses and accesses the incorruption risk points in tendering and bidding using risk analysis method,comes up with measures for risk prevention and control,establishes punishment and prevention system diagram,provided theoretical basis for future tendering and bidding clear and honest government risk analysis and its punishment and prevention system establishment.
