摘要
以加强现代企业质量管理为目标,介绍了项目质量的概念及其特性,分析了工程项目施工质量管理工作中存在的问题,指出提高质管工作效率应从树立质量意识、发挥内审员作用、塑造全员质量文化等方面做起。
Aiming at improving the quality management of modern enterprises,the paper introduces the concept of the project quality and its features,analyzes some problems in the construction quality management of engineering projects,and points out the quality awareness should be established,the roles of internal auditors be exerted,and staff quality culture be shaped,in order to strengthen the efficiency of quality management.
