加强建筑工程项目风险管理的对策研究

Study on countermeasures of strengthening the risk management of construction project

在分析建筑施工企业工程项目经营性风险具体内容的基础上,针对工程项目风险无法杜绝的现状,提出了健全风险预警机制、科学制定投标策略、严格筛选施工队伍、规范资金管理程序等解决项目风险管理的对策。

On the basis of analysing the specific content of the engineering project risk of the construction enterprises,according to the project risks can’t be eradicated completely,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem such as improving the risk early-warning mechanisms,drawing up the scientific bidding strategy,selecting construction team strictly and standardizing capital management procedures.
