摘要 阐述了计划统计工作的含义、目标以及要求,指出计划统计工作在工程项目管理中是最基础的工作,基于其对项目管理的成败有着重要的作用,探讨了在此项工作中充分发挥人的主观能动性的方法,以提高项目管理水平。 This paper described the meaning,objectives and requirements of planning and statistical work,pointed out that the planning and statistical work was the basic work in engineering project management,based on the important role to the success or failure of project management, discussed the method full play the subjective initiative of person in this work,so as to improve the project management level.
