摘要 采用设计失效模式和影响分析(DFMEA)方法对增程器系统的机械连接机构进行可靠性分析.分析得出传动轴断裂的失效后果及机制,由此提出了改进措施,使连接机构的可靠性提高.同时,分析了传统评估风险顺序数方法存在的缺点,并提出了改进方法. The design failure mode and effects analysis(DFMEA) method was used for reliability analysis of mechanical coupling mechanism in range extender system.The effects and mechanism of shaft fracture were acquired by the analysis,some suggestions were proposed in order to improve the reliability of mechanical coupling mechanism.Shortcomings of the conventional risk priority number(RPN) method were assessed,and the improved method was proposed.
