Structure Optimization of Engine Hood Based on Lightweight

摘要 以某SUV车型发动机罩为研究对象,通过结构优化设计与分析,开展发动机罩轻量化研究.在原有发动机罩结构的基础上,设计了竖型、W型和V型等3种不同结构的发动机罩,建立有限元模型,进行模态和刚度分析.比较分析这3种方案,得出V型结构的发动机罩在满足刚度要求的条件下,减重13.84%,为最佳方案. Taking a SUV car engine hood as the research object,studies on the lightweight engine hood were conducted by structure optimization and analysis.Three different kinds of engine hood structures including the vertical type,W type and V type were designed based on the original structure of engine hood.The finite element models were established,and mode and stiffness analysis were conducted.The comparison result of three structures shows that engine hood structure of V type is the best plan,which can reduce 13.84% of the weight as well as meet the stiffness requirement.
