摘要
基于液压冲击器工作原理,在一维流体仿真软件Flowmaster的平台上搭建了气液联合式液压冲击器的仿真模型.通过仿真模型可以对活塞的运动规律、内部压力、流量的变化进行试验分析,为此类型液压冲击机构的模型研究提供参考,也为相关产品的研发及系统参数的优化提供了一种新的建模方法.
Based on the operational principle of hydraulic impactors,a simulation model of gas-liquid united hydraulic impactors was built on the one-dimensional fluid simulation software Flowmaster platform.Through the simulation model,the motion law of the piston,internal pressure and change of flow were analyzed.The simulation method provides a reference model for further studies of this type of hydraulic impactor,and presents a new modeling method for development of related products and optimization of system parameters.
