车用阀控铅酸蓄电池及其充电控制策略

摘要 铅酸蓄电池在汽车上有广泛的应用,对车用铅酸蓄电池的特点、发展、性能影响因素以及阀控式铅酸蓄电池常用的充电方法、脉冲快速充电与谐振复合脉冲充电原理和充电电路的设计等进行了综述.提出应结合多种充电方法优点,并根据蓄电池状态的不同,进行分阶段的充电控制等良好的充电控制策略. Lead-acid batteries are widely used in automotives.Characteristics,development and performance influencing factors of lead-acid batteries were summarized,different charging methods on valve-regulated lead-acid batteries were reviewed,the principles and main circuit designs of pulse fast charging and resonant composite pulse charging methods were described.It is proposed that a good charging controlling strategy should be a combination of advantages of many charging methods,which can implement the charging control in different stages according to different batteries conditions.
