钛合金激光熔覆纯铁粉的热力学与组织性能 被引量:2

Thermodynamics and Structure Performance of Laser Cladding Pure Fe Powder on Ti Alloy

摘要 在钛合金(TC4)表面采用预置粉末的方式激光熔覆纯铁粉,利用热力学相图分析软件(Thermo-Calc)对Ti-Fe-Al-V体系进行平衡相图计算,同时对体系可能发生的热力学反应的标准反应吉布斯自由能(ΔG0)进行计算.X线衍射(XRD)结果表明,熔覆层主要存在相有FeTi、Fe2Ti、Ti3Al和α-Ti,熔覆层的显微硬度大大高于基体,最大值为1300HV,熔覆层耐磨性能显著提高,约为基体材料的6.4倍. Laser cladding pure Fe powder on the surface of TC4 alloy was implemented,and phase equilibrium diagram for Ti-Fe-Al-V system was calculated by thermodynamic phase diagram software of Thermo-Calc.Meanwhile,the Gibbs free energy(ΔG0) of thermodynamic reaction system was calculated.XRD analysis results show that the main phases of cladding layer are FeTi,Fe2Ti,Ti3Al and α-Ti.The microhardness of the cladding layer is much higher than that of the substrate,and the maximum value is 1300HV.The wear resistant performance of the cladding layer is improved,about 6.4 times than that of the matrix alloy.
