摘要
在室内条件下,在体积为134L熏蒸容器内对枇杷果实中桔小实蝇的卵和幼虫进行溴甲烷熏蒸处理试验。结果表明,20~23℃条件下,溴甲烷熏蒸处理枇杷中桔小实蝇卵和2~3龄幼虫2、4 h,其剂量(x,对数值)与死亡率(y,机率值)关系式分别为:卵:y=4.8418x-8.4662(2 h)、y=5.1215x-8.3382(4 h);2~3龄幼虫:y=4.2192x-8.3169(2 h)、y=4.9764x-8.1315(4 h)。溴甲烷熏蒸处理枇杷中桔小实蝇卵和2、3龄幼虫LD99.9968分别为36.87 g/m^3(2 h处理)、29.53 g/m^3(4h处理)和60.57 g/m^3(2 h处理)、31.29 g/m^3(4 h处理)。通过大虫量验证试验,32g/m^3,处理4 h,可作为枇杷中桔小实蝇的检疫处理技术指标。
Methyl bromide(MB) fumigation trials against Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel) in loquat fruits were conducted in the volume 134 L fumigation chambers at indoor condition.The relationship between fruit fly mortality(y,probit) and dosage [x,ln(dose)] for eggs and 2-3 instar larvae at 20-23℃ could be described as the following equations: y=4.8418x-8.4662(egg,2 h)、y=5.1215x-8.3382(egg,4 h);y=4.2192x-8.3169(2-3 instar larvae,2 h)、 y=4.9764x-8.1315(2-3 instar larvae,4 h).The LD99.9968 for egg and 2-3 instar larvae were 36.87 g/m^3(2 h)、29.53 g/ m^3(4 h) and 60.57 g/m^3(2 h)、31.29 g/m^3(4 h),respectively.Large scale fumigation tests results indicated that MB quarantine fumigation schedule of 32 g/m^3for 4 h at 20-23℃ was determined to be efficacious against oriental fruit fly in loquat fruits.
