摘要 提出了材料压缩变形过程应变场分布规律描述的一种新方法,即"应变场函数表示法"。通过数值模拟分析方法获得压缩变形过程中材料内部应变的数值分布,并采用网格法对其进行实验验证,验证结果表明:二者反映的压应变分布规律基本一致,且在数值上符合较好;而后采用传统的数学方法——函数的拟合方法,得出对称轴处应变场分布的解析函数,这就给出了材料内部变形分布的函数表达规律,并为进一步分析材料压缩变形过程提供了理论基础。本方法为科学制定变形工艺参数提供了重要依据。 A new method for describing the strain field distributions during compression deformation was proposed,i, e. ,function representation for the strain field. The distribution of strain field was obtained by numerical simulation and one of the experimental methods, i. e., grid method, was adopted to verify the numerical solution. The compressive strain distribution obtained from simulation results was in basic agreement with that from experimental results. Then mathematical fitting was employed to obtain the approximate function expression of the strain field distributions in the symmetric axis. It gives the characteristic of deformation distribution expressed by analytic function and also provides theoretical basis for the further analysis of compression deformation. This new method provides the scientific basis for process design in industrial practice.
