摘要
选择广泛使用的除草剂禾草灵酸为研究对象,研究不同浓度的禾草灵酸在水稻根系体系中的降解特性以及水稻根系对外消旋禾草灵酸代谢的对映体选择性,并得出禾草灵酸的降解动力学方程以及半衰期。结果表明,水稻在代谢外消旋禾草灵酸时未表现出对映体选择性。禾草灵酸在水稻根系体系中的降解动力学拟合中,零级反应方程相关系数为0.609 7~0.8215,一级反应方程拟合相关系数为0.773 6~0.925 3,二级反应方程拟合相关系数为0.678 2~0.952 5。研究探索了农药降解与环境安全的关系,为环境保护及人类健康提供科学依据和理论支持。
The degradation of chiral herbicide diclofop acid in Oryza sativa L. culture medium was investigated. The degradation kinetics equations and half lives of different concentrations of diclofop acid were proposed. In addition, the enantioselective degradation of diclofop acid was studied. Results demon- strated that the degradation of diclofop acid was not enantioselective. The related coefficients of zero-or- der, first-order,and second- order kinetics are 0. 609 7 - 0. 821 5,0. 773 6 - 0. 925 3, and 0. 678 2 - 0. 952 5, respectively. These results explored the relationship between pesticide degradation and environmental safety and provided scientific basis and theoretical support for the environment protection and human health.
