摘要
以1100TEU集装箱船的缸套水冷却系统为研究对象,运用传热学的相关理论,对船舶主机缸套冷却水系统的传热机理进行了分析,推导了系统主要部件的动态热力数学模型,并据此在simulink中建立了缸套水冷却系统的仿真模型;随后仿真分析了系统控制通道和扰动通道的阶跃响应曲线,得出了它们各自的近似传递函数。
Take the jacket cooling water system of 1100 TEU as the research object, analysed the heat transfer mechanism of its main engine's jacket cooling water system based on the theory of heat transfer, established the thermodynamic mathematical model of the system's main components, and according to the mathematical model established the system's simulation model by Simulink; Then analysed the system's dynamic response curve due to the action of step signal, obtained the system's approximate transfer function of control channel and disturbance channel.
