摘要
由于主机滑油循环周期长,传统串油工艺复杂,严重影响船舶建造周期。本文结合57000吨散货船建造特点,对缩短串油周期进行探索,并对各环节影响的因素进行分析,提出相应解决方案。
As the Lub.oil flushing cycle lasting a long time, and the conventional process is complex in carrying out, it would be affect the shipbuilding cycle seriously. According analyzing the 57000 bulk carrier building characteristic and the problems which would be appear in each building step, the article emphatically searches the way to solve the problems to shorten the flushing oil cycle.
