修船现场通过安全管理的核心"服务、指导、监督"为修船生产保驾护航。安全措施的提前介入并在现场实现,在整个作业过程中得以保护和支持,最终达到提高修船生产效率的目的,是摆在每一位安全管理者面前迫切的问题。"4W"模式,目的是将现场安全措施提前进行"打包",真正践行"安全先行"的理念,实现生产管理人员和安全管理人员形成积极的互动,最终提高修船生产效率。
The core of safety management is ensuring the ship repairing product smoothly depending on "service, guidance, supervision". The safety measures that will be completed prior to the commencement of work and maintained during the work can ensure the promotion of production efficiency. But the problem is how to implement ? The "4W"management mode can change everybody's awareness of" safety prior" and achieve the goal by communication between the staffs of safety management and product management.
