我国采掘业研发支出状况与问题分析

Analyses on the Present Situation and Problems of Research and Development Expenditure in Our Mining Industry

通过对我国采掘业研发支出现状进行描述性统计分析,并与高技术产业进行对比,发现了研发支出对企业成长的促进作用,同时也发现我国采掘企业在研发活动中存在的问题:研发支出水平仍然很低,研发强度和密度严重不足,研发投入与其经济发展水平不相适应,且这种低水平的R&D投入难以满足采掘业科技经济跨越式的发展。因此,继续加大对采掘业R&D的投入势在必行。

Through the descriptive statistics analysis on the state of research and development expenditure about our national mining industry, and compared with the high - technology industry, it is found out that re- search and development expenditure has certain improving effect on the growth of enterprises, and that there are some problems in the activities of research and development in our mining enterprises. These problems in- clude the low level of research and development expenditure, the insufficient intensity and density of research and development, the incompatibility of research and development investment and the economy development. And the low level of research and development investment can not satisfy the great - leap - forward develop- ment of science ＆ technology and economy of mining industry. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the investment in the research and development of mining industry.
