Controversy of the Cryptic Academic and the System in Western Han Dynasty

西汉初期学术具有强烈的政治意识,在五行与阴阳思想之后,皆蕴含着对封建制的批评与重塑。相对而言,《周礼》代表的传统儒学亦暗含诸侯各定其制、王需对四方诸侯形势地利观察以制定具体政策的思想。

The academic had the strong political awareness at the beginning of Western Han Dynasty. Be- sides Theory of Five Elements and Theory of Yin -Yan, the academic contained the criticism and remolding for feudal system. Comparatively speaking, Zhou Li, as the representative of traditional Confucianism, also implieed the phenomenon that every kingdom had established its own system, and thus the emperor should examine the different situations of kingdoms all over the country so as to construct the concrete policy ideas.
