农村中学植物组织培养实验教学的关键技术问题与对策

Key Technology Problems and Countermeasures of Experimental Teaching of Plant Tissue Culture in Rural Middle Schools

文章结合农村中学实验教学实际情况,对农村中学植物组织培养实验教学存在关键技术问题展开分析。明确农村中学植物组织培养实验教学顺利开展所需必备的基本条件,分析实验过程可能存在污染源,阐明影响实验教学的关键技术,并提出解决相应问题的对策。基于植物组织培养技术具备实用性强、操作技术简单和易于推广应用等特点,掌握植物组织培养实验教学的关键技术,有利于农村中学生实用技术的普及教育开展。

In this paper, the key technology of experimental teaching of plant tissue culture was analyzed ac-cording to the actual situations in the rural middle schools. The fundamental conditions on the smooth operation of experimental teaching of plant tissue culture in rural middle schools were expounded. The contaminative sources, which may be in the experimental procedures of plant tissue culture, were analyzed. The effects on key technology of experimental teaching were illustrated and the countermeasures for the corresponding problems were proposed. Based on these technology characteristics of plant tissue culture, such as practicability, simple operation technology, easy application, and so on, for the rural middle school students to master the key technology of experimental teaching of plant tissue culture is very helpful to implement universal education of practical technique.
