Analgesic Effect of Oriental Huoxue Plaster on Pain in Mouse Model

目的观察不同方法制备的东方活血膏对小鼠疼痛模型的作用,以提供传统中药黑膏药临床镇痛疗效的基础。方法小鼠尾光照测痛试验和小鼠醋酸扭体试验。结果传统工艺制备东方活血膏可明显延长小鼠光照时间,减少小鼠醋酸扭体次数,呈现明显的镇痛作用。微粉工艺组也有一定改善作用,但作用不显著。结论东方活血膏宜沿用传统制备工艺。

Objective To study the analgesic effect of Oriental Huoxue Plaster on pain in mouse model, so as to provide basis for clinical analgesic effect of Chinese medicine plaster. Methods The analgesic effect of Oriental Huoxue Plaster was studied using mice tail lighting test and the acetic acid writhing test. Results The results showed that Oriental Huoxue Plaster prepared by Chinese traditional technology could obviously extend lighting time, and enhance the pain threshold of the acetic acid writhing test, showing significant analgesic effect. Plaster prepared by micronization technology also showed some effect, but not significant. Conclusion Oriental Huoxue Plaster should be prepared by traditional technology.
