摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)测定健血颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法采用AgelaC18柱,流动相乙腈-水(35:65),流速1.0 mL/min,柱温35℃,漂移管温度103℃,载气流速2.3 L/min。结果黄芪甲苷在0.4568~9.136μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为96.7%,RSD=1.9%(n=6)。结论此法操作简便,重复性好,结果准确可靠,可用于健血颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of astragaloside IV in Jianxue Granules by HPLC-ELSD. Methods An Agela C18 column was adopted, using a mixture of acetonitrile-water (35:65) as mobile phase, with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 35℃ and the drift tube temperature was 103℃. The carrier gas flow rate was 2.3 L/min. Results The linear range of astragaloside IV was 0.4568-9.136μg. The average recovery was 96.7 % and RSD was 1.9 % (n=6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used in the quality control of Jianxue Granules.
