摘要
目的建立石墨炉原子吸收法测定软胶囊壳、硬胶囊壳及阿胶类保健食品中铬的含量,评价铬的含量情况,为保健食品的安全评定提供参考依据。方法采用微波消解法对胶囊壳及阿胶类保健品进行消解,在波长357.9 nm下,通过石墨炉原子吸收法测定,塞曼效应作为背景校正。结果此法线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999,方法回收率90%~101%。结论此法准确、可靠,适用于测定胶囊壳及阿胶类保健品中铬含量。所测胶囊壳中超过标准限值的样品批次达15%,阿胶类保健食品总体状况良好,铬含量较低,应继续加强对胶囊壳和阿胶类保健品中铬含量的监测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of chromium content in capsule shells and healthy food with donkey-hide glue by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and investigate the content of chromium in order to ensure the security of healthy food. Methods Microwave digestion was adopted for the determination of chromium. The content of chromium was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry under the wavelength of 357.9 nm. Zeeman effect was used as the background correction. Results This method showed a good linear relationship, r=0.999. The recovery was in the range of 90%-101%. Conclusion The method was accurate and reliable. It can be used for determination of chromium in capsule shells and healthy food with donkey-hide glue. 15% batches of capsule shells measured exceeding the limitation. The chromium content in healthy food with donkey-hide glue was lower. Total chromium content in capsule shells and healthy food with donkey-hide glue should be continue monitored.
