利用MAKⅡ-SGDT测井技术进行电脉冲措施的损伤评价

摘要 电脉冲增注技术是一种物理法增注新技术,该技术具有能量储存时间长、瞬间释放能量大的特点。但是目前采用的电脉冲装置产生的冲击波压力远远大于套管的抗挤压强度,因此,有必要利用测井技术对电脉冲措施进行损伤评价。详细介绍了MAKⅡ-SGDT测井技术评价电脉冲冲击波对套管及水泥环影响的原理,根据MAKⅡ-SGDT测井解释的结果说明,WXEB30/4.5型井下电脉冲装置在放电电压28kV、工作间距0.5m、单点作业次数200次时,对井筒套管、水泥环及其胶结情况没有损伤。 Electrical impulse for augmented injection was a new physical technique.it had the characteristics of long energy storage and high instantaneous energy release.But the shock wave pressure from the electric impulse apparatus available was much higher than that of anti-compression pressure of casings.Therefore it was necessary to use well logging technique to evaluate damage of the electric impulse.The principle of influence of shock wave on cement sheath of casings was evaluated.Through introduction of MAKⅡ-SGDT well logging technology,well logging interpretation further indicates that electrical impulse equipment WXEB30/4.5 can not damage casing and cement sheath as its discharge voltage is at 28kV,operation interval is at 0.5m,single point operation time is 200/h.
