发热、血三系减少

摘要 患儿，女，4岁。因“发热2周、血三系减少10余天”入院。患儿入院2周前无明显诱因出现发热，多为高热，最高可达40．0℃，4d后就诊于某教学医院，查血常规发现“三系减少”，诊断为“上呼吸道感染，血三系减少待查”，给予“头孢哌酮舒巴坦”抗感染、支持、对症治疗，仍持续高热，住院5d后又转入某市中心医院，经治疗效果不佳（具体诊治不详），且血常规三系进行性下降，为求进一步诊治来我院，以“发热、血三系减少”收治。
