摘要
提出了基于平面 CCD的瓷砖产品的表面质量检测的准则与方法 .首先对瓷砖产品的缺陷特征进行分类 ,得到两大类结构特征——斑点结构和广义线性结构 ,针对这两种几何特征 ,本文提出两种有针对的滤波器 ,结果表明这种滤波方案是有效的 .本文也对各种照明与视觉条件及补偿进行了详细的讨论 .
The criteria and method for detecting ceramic tile surface quality is investigated in this paper. After classifying various defects it is found that both wide line defect and blod defect are the main kinds. Special filters are provided for these two kinds of defects. Experimental result shows that these filters are effective. Lighting and vision condition and their compensation are also discussed in detail.
