略钢转炉炼钢“一倒回硫”的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 结合理论与实践分析了影响略钢转炉炼钢“一倒回硫”的因素 ,找出了回硫原因 ,并提出了相应对策 .灰色系统理论分析表明 ,影响“一倒回硫”的主要因素是铁水初始含硫量 ( [S%]0 )和硫的分配系数 ( LS) .在略钢转炉现行生产条件下 ,硫的分配系数偏低是产生“一倒回硫”的主要原因 .故优化炉渣成分 ,提高转炉冶炼硫的分配系数是避免“一倒回硫” The factors affecting the increasing of sulfur in liquid metal at the first slag off from converter were analyzed theoretically and practically, The causes of increasing sulfur in liquid metal and the appropriate way to deal with it were found out, According to Grey System, the main factors were the original sulfur content of the hot metal and the sulfur distribution coefficient between slag and molten metal, Under present production conditions, the present sulfur distribution coefficient of LYSW's converter is low, so the increasing sulfur can not be avoided, Optimizing the component of slag and improving the sulfur distribution coefficient are a practical way to avoid increasing sulfur.
