摘要
精品课程建设是国家提高高等学校教学质量与教学改革的重要内容之一,经过几年的运作后,仍存在着诸多不尽人意之处。究其原因,主要是政策执行过程中目标发生了偏移,如手段本身成为了目的、动态的建设变成了静态的展示等等,使其建设的"应然"与"实然"之间出现了较大的差距。从而提出,充分调动各参与者的主动性,以构建其自我监督运作机制的必要性。
National Exquisite Course construction is one of the important programs to improve teaching quality and reformation in universities. However, several years of operation has shown that the curriculum construction still in many ways need to be consummated for the simple reason that there have been some offsets of the objective in the process of policy implementation, e. g, the means has changed into the aim itself, the dynamic into static display and so on, making larger gap between "Oughtness" and "isness" of the National Exquisite Course construction. It is, therefore, quite necessary to further initiate each participant efforts and establish self- monitoring operating mechanism.
