开发区现象与城市规划的关系浅析——从大亚湾开发区圈地现象谈起

Development zone in relationship to urban planning ——The land acquisition in Dayawan Bay's Development Zone

以大亚湾开发区为背景 ,指出了开发区从设立、开发到建设过程中出现的土地投机、毁田、盲目建设的不良现象 ,提出了以规划调控的手段 ,严格管理 ,动态地、合理地。

Based on the research of Dayawan Bay's Development Zone; and in accordance with the negative phenomena such as the speculations in land acquisition, destruction of farmland and blind construction during the whole process from the establishment, exploitation and construction of the development zone, the author suggests to use the land dynamically, rationally and efficiently as right order of thoughts in the development and construction by the way of planning and regulation with strict management.
