摘要
通过市场交易方式和非市场的自愿承诺方式 ,转移住宅金融风险 ,以支持我国住宅金融业务的开展。
In order to shift the risks of housing finance, thus support the development of housing finance in China, this paper puts forward two patterns of instrument for shifting the risks: market transaction and non-market promise on a voluntary basis.
