基于GIS的次级河流网格化管理信息系统的设计与实现——以重庆市巴南区为例

Design and Implementation of Grid Management for Secondary River Information System Based on GIS——Exemplified by Banan District , Chongqing

该文以重庆市巴南区次级河流水环境综合整治系统为例,介绍了重庆市在创建国家环保模范城市中,首次将以信息技术为核心的网格化管理思想应用于次级河流水环境综合整治中,并建立次级河流水环境综合整治网格化管理框架,初步实现该区内次级河流水环境综合整治的网格化、数字化和精细化管理,为创模工程的有效推进提供了一种有效、可行的手段。

Taking as an example the grid management for secondary river information system of Banan District , Chongqing , this paper introduces the application of grid management to water environment management of seconda- ry rivers for the first time when Chongqing strives to build itself into a national model city for environmental protection.The framework of water environment management information system has been set up to manage water environment digitally in grid and in detail , which serves as an effective means for advancing the cause of creating a national model city.
