外科护士对神经外科护理危机成因的认知程度分析

Analysis on cognitive degree of surgical nurses for causes of neurosurgical care crisis

[目的]探究外科护士对神经外科护理危机成因的认知程度。[方法]选取院神经外科护理人员共34人进行研究,设计问卷对护士的认知状况进行调查。[结果]外科护士对神经外科护理危机成因认知率较低,居前三的分别是对护士护理质量的认知(68.65%)、对所需费用的认知(52.9%)、对医患关系的认知(50.00%)。[结论]提高护士对神经外科护理危机成因的认知率,才能更好地为病人提供优质的服务,对病人康复产生更加积极的作用。

Objective：To probe into the cognitive degree of surgical nurses for causes of neurosurgical care crisis.Methods：A total of 34 nursing staff in department of neurosurgery were selected for study,and the questionnaire was designed for investigation of cognitive status of nurses.Results：The cognitive degree of surgical nurses for causes of neurosurgical care crisis was lower,the top three were respectively cognition on nursing quality of nurses（68.65%）,cognition on the cost（52.9%）,and cognition on relationship between doctors and patients（50.00%）.Conclusion：Improve cognitive degree of nurses for causes of neurosurgical care crisis can provide better high quality of services for patients and have a more active role for the rehabilitation of patients.
