摘要
就新形势下构建高校环境育人机制作了一些探讨与思考，提出了构建高校环境育人机制的内容。
In consideration of improving educational environment and mechanism in colleges and universities under the new situation, the author presents some considerable contents and measures of building educational environment and mechanism in colleges and universities.
