摘要
以提高焊接结构的疲劳强度为目标,通过有限元计算获得焊缝整形的最优方案,研制了相应的专用机械冲击碾压装置,采用机械冲击碾压新技术优化处理焊趾处的过渡圆弧,对整形前后的试件在低频疲劳试验机上进行疲劳寿命测试.结果表明,机械冲击整形新技术采用专用装置对焊缝及其附近区域进行冲击作用,有效减小焊缝余高,增大焊趾曲率半径.疲劳寿命测试发现,机械整形新技术通过优化焊趾几何形状降低了焊趾位置的应力集中、提高铝合金焊接接头疲劳强度,整形处理后疲劳破坏多发生于焊缝和母材的缺陷处.
The weld shape scheme was obtained by FEM for the purpose of improving fatigue strength,the special weld shaping device was developed to keep the weld toe smooth through mechanical impact.The fatigue properties of specimens before and after mechanical shaping were tested by low frequency fatigue testing machine.It is shown that the weld reinforcement became lower and the weld toe radius was increased because of the impact effect on the weld surface by special shaping device.The fatigue life test indicated that the stress concentration on weld toe is reduced and the fatigue strength of aluminium alloy welded joint is improved by the geometric optimization using mechanical shaping method,the fatigue failures of most specimens are initiated on defects of weld and base mental.
