摘要患者男，28岁。婚后3年其妻怀孕2次，第1次因“葡萄胎”终止妊娠，第2次“B超提示胚胎无胎芽”行人工流产。孕期无特殊用药史、无有毒物质接触史。夫妇非近亲婚配，表型正常。
