我国Ⅱ类切口手术围手术期抗菌药物使用情况2011年文献分析

Antibacterial drug use in perioperative period of type Ⅱ incision surgery in China——based on analysis of literatures published in 2011

目的了解我国Ⅱ类切口手术围手术期抗菌药物使用现状,为抗菌药物的合理使用及管理提供参考。方法检索中国学术期刊网络出版总库中发表于2011年,涉及Ⅱ类切口手术围手术期抗菌药物预防使用的文献,对抗菌药物使用情况进行统计分析。结果检索到符合要求文献22篇,来自21家医疗机构,其中二级医疗机构7家,三级医疗机构14家。涉及Ⅱ类切口手术3 325例,其中3 313例预防性使用了抗菌药物,抗菌药物使用率为99.64%,术前0.5～2 h给药者所占比例为52.31%,预防用药≤24 h者所占比例为3.50%,预防用药>48 h者所占比例为69.18%。结论我国Ⅱ类切口手术围手术期抗菌药物预防使用普遍存在不合理用药和过度用药的情况,有必要加强对Ⅱ类切口手术抗菌药物的使用管理。

AIM To investigate the status of antibacterial drug use in perioperative period of type II incision surgery in China and to provide reference for rational use and management of antibacterial drugs. METHODS Papers published in 2011 about antibacterial drug use in perioperative period of type II incision surgery were retrieved from China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database and analyzed. RESULTS A total of 22 papers involving 21 hospitals, which were consisted of 7 grade two hospitals and 14 grade three hospitals, were included. There were 3 325 cases of type II incision surgery, 3 313 of which （99.64%） were administrated with antibacterial drugs. The ratio of cases administrated antibacterial drugs 0.5 - 2 h before surgery, cases administrated antibacterial drugs ≤ 24 h, and cases administrated antibacterial drugs 〉 48 h was 52.31%, 3.50% and 69.18%, respectively. CONCLUSION Excessive and irrational use of antibacterial drug prophylaxis in perioperative period of type 11 incision surgery was very popular in China. It is necessary to strengthen the management of antibacterial drugs in type II incision surgery.
