595nm脉冲染料激光联合5-Fu治疗病理性瘢痕临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨595nm脉冲染料激光联合5-Fu局部注射治疗增生性瘢痕及瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效,评估新的治疗途径。方法对22例病理性瘢痕患者的191个皮损进行595nm脉冲染料激光联合5-Fu局部注射治疗,其中治疗前、后医生依据同一评判标准分别进行评估并记录,并对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果痊愈41个,显效124个,有效率为86.39%。接受3个疗程治疗的患者中,1个疗程后痊愈10个,显效33个,有效率为46.74%;2个疗程后痊愈15个,显效47个,有效率为67.39%;3个疗程后痊愈20个,显效62个,有效率为89.13%;显示皮损有效率随疗程的增加而逐渐增高,3个疗程间皮损有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 595nm脉冲染料激光联合5-Fu局部注射能有效治疗病理性瘢痕,且不良反应小,其疗程与疗效相关,即疗程越长,疗效越好。 Objective To investigate and evaluate the effect of 595nm Pulsed Dye Laser(PDL) united 5-Fluorouracil (5-Fu) local injection for pathological scar. Methods Twenty-two patients with 191 scar lesions were trea- ted by 595nm PDL combined with 5-Fu local injection. Before and after the treatment, doctors evaluated and recorded the score according to the same judgment standard. Data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0. Results The recovery scars were 41, the excellence scars were 124, and the effective power of lesions was 86.39%. In the patients accepted three courses of treatment, after one course of treatment, the recovery scars were 10, the excellence scars were 33, and the effective power of lesions was 46.74% ; after two courses of treat- ment, the recovery scars were 15, the excellence scars were 47, and the effective power of lesions was 67.39% ; after three course of treatment, the recovery scars were 20, the excellence scars were 62, and the effective power of lesions was 89.13%. We analyzed the data and found that the rate raise up accopmpany with the the time of therapy. The lesions effective power among 3 groups were significantly different (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions 595nm PDL united 5-Fu local injection to treat pathological scar is effective, and the side effect is small. The time of therapy has relationship with curative effect, the more the better.
