摘要
患儿男,4个月。全身出现浅褐色斑片2个月,四肢及躯干反复出现水疱和大疱1周,水疱发生前全身皮肤潮红并伴剧烈瘙痒,尼氏征(-),Darier征(+)。皮损组织病理示:表皮下水疱,大量炎细胞浸润,Giemsa染色(+)。诊断:大疱性色素性荨麻疹。
A 4-month-old boy who presented with generalized light brown macules about two months and developed re- current blisters and bullae on the limbs and trunk for one week. Flushed and severe itches developed before blisters appeared. Nikolsky＇s sign was absent and Darier sign was positive. Histopathologic examination showed subepidermal bullae with a dense dermal aggregation of inflammatory cell. These inflammatory cells were stained positively with Giemsa. The diagnosis was bullous urticaria pigmentosa.
