摘要
弹性蛋白肽(elastin-derived peptide,EDP)是弹性蛋白的降解产物,它通过作用于细胞表面的受体——弹性蛋白结合蛋白(elastin-binding protein,EBP)而发挥多种生物学功能,如促进正常细胞和肿瘤细胞蛋白酶的释放、增强肿瘤细胞的侵袭性和促进皮肤损伤的修复等。本文综述了弹性蛋白肽的来源、分类、受体及其在皮肤科领域的研究进展。
Elastin-derived peptides (EDPs) are the degradation products of elastin. EDPs could induce biological activ- ities on numerous cell types through their cell surface receptor named elastin-binding protein (EBP) , such as release of proteolytic enzymes in stromal and cancer ceXXs, contribution to tumor progression and involved in skin wound repair and regeneration. Here, we reviewed the origin and the receptor of EI)Ps and its roles in dermatology.
