白芍总苷胶囊治疗口腔扁平苔藓130例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of TGP Capsule for 130 cases OLP Patients

目的观察白芍总苷胶囊治疗口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)的临床疗效。方法将入选的256例OLP随机分为两组,治疗组予白芍总苷胶囊口服、局部注射曲安奈德治疗,对照组仅予局部注射曲安奈德。治疗8周后观察疗效并随访6个月。并与治疗前及治疗结束6个月时检查患者T淋巴细胞亚群变化情况。结果治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为79.23%和60.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后6个月时血清CD3和CD4升高,CD8降低,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义;对照组治疗后6个月时血清CD3和CD4及CD8的值与治疗前相比,差异无统计学意义。结论白芍总苷胶囊治疗口腔扁平苔藓疗效显著,复发率低。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of total glucosides of paeony （TGP） capsule treatment on pa- tients with oral lichen planus （OLP）. Methods Two hundred and fifty-six OLP patients were randomly di- vided into 2 groups. Treatment group received TGP capsules orally and local injection of triamcinolone. Con- trol group received local injection of triamcinolone only. The clinical recurrence rates and effects were ob- served after 8 weeks＇ treatment and 6 months follow-up. The patients＇ T cell subpopulations were evaluated before treatment and 6 months after treatment. Results The effective rates of the treatment group was 79.23% and the control group was 60.32%. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. For treatment group, 6 months after treatment, the results showed that patients＇ serum CD3 and CD4 increased and CD8 decreased. Compared with that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant. For control group, compared patients＇ serum CD3, CIM and CD8 with that before treatment, the difference was not sta- tistically significant. Conclusion TGP capsule is effective with low recurrence rate for patients with OLP.
