三丁基锡产生细胞毒性效应的分子机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 三丁基锡(tributyltin,TBT)是毒性极强的环境污染物,并且分布广泛,对人类健康构成严重威胁,因此,越来越多的研究开始关注TBT的致毒机制。从目前研究来看,TBT的细胞毒性作用主要包括胞内钙离子增高、氧化损伤、骨架破坏、ATP合成减少、PP2A活性抑制及MAPKs的激活等,这些生化事件作为重要的信息传递分子激活信号通路,将损伤信号逐级转导,最终细胞依赖不同的信号途径作出应答,其中包括凋亡、死亡或自噬。本实验室长期从事TBT毒性机制的研究,本文将我们的研究成果结合他人关于TBT毒性效应机制的研究作一概括介绍。
