加工起始位置可控调和映射空间环刀轨生成算法

摘要 空间环刀轨可以提高加工效率及曲面的最终加工质量。调和映射方法是生成空间环刀轨的重要方法,但由于参数曲面中心与原始曲面加工中心拓扑不一致,直接用调和映射方法生成的空间环刀轨起始加工位置不可控,很多情况下起始加工位置并不适合加工。在对定向二维流形三角网格曲面调和映射深入研究的基础上,提出一种基于改进调和映射方法的空间环刀轨生成算法。试验结果表明,该方法可以解决参数曲面中心与原始曲面加工中心拓扑不一致的问题,使生成的空间环更加均匀,并可以确保生成的刀位点都位于三角面片的边上。 3D contour tool path can improve the efficiency and quality of numerical control (NC) machining. Harmonic map method is an important approach for 3D contour tool path generation. However, the starting locations of the tool paths are not located in the expected point and the tool paths are non-uniform in most cases. A generation algorithm of 3D contour tool path based on methodology of improved harmonic map is proposed. Experimental results show that this algorithm can solve the problems that the start of the tool paths are not located in the expected point and that the tool paths are non-uniform and can guarantee all the CC points are lying on the edges of machined surface.
